Terms & Conditions & Fees:

Please read these important terms & conditions which apply to the provision of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP), Coaching and the use of the website.

 

By making an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

1. An intake form is required to be completed either before or at your first appointment. You must disclose any mental health related disorders you are currently or previously been treated for. This can be downloaded to bring to your first appointment or submitted online. 

 

2. I am unable to see you if you have been diagnosed or identify with any of the following: suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, anorexia, schizophrenia or uncontrolled epilepsy. This also includes the taking of any antipsychotic medication or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

 

3. Teresa Hayfield is not a psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor and sessions booked with her do not replace a diagnosis from a medical professional.

 

4. To get the best out of your sessions bring an open mind and a desire to change. To start the process of change, Teresa will be asking you a number of questions in order to understand the structure of your problem.

You need to be an active participant and to the best of your ability, follow the instructions that Teresa gives you, as she guides you through the process.​

Teresa uses a combination of hypnosis, NLP and mind training.

 

5. Everyone responds to hypnotherapy differently and the results may vary and there is not guarantee.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations:

 

I do not offer a refund, part refund and the cancellation policy applies

 

Cancellation policy: We understand that circumstances may arise which requires cancellation. Please notify us in writing to HayfieldHypnotherapy101@gmail.com or contact us on 0433 834 766. Should you need to postpone your hypnotherapy appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. Should you cancel within 12 hours or not turn up for your appointment a 50% fee will apply.

 

Hayfield Hypnotherapy reserves the right to cancel consultations.

In the unlikely event that Hayfield Hypnotherapy needs to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund (pro rata).

All appointments are by appointment only.

 

7. Fees

All fees are displayed on the website.

Your first session may be up to 90minutes.

Follow up sessions may take up to 75minutes.

 

Currently we accept direct payment facilities via bank transfer and Eftpos, G Pay, Apple pay,Visa, Mastercard & American Express

8. You will always be in control of your hypnotic state, you can decide to terminate the session at any time.

 

9. Personal content discussed in the session is strictly confidential except authorised by you or required by law.
