Teresa Hayfield is a former specialist dentist with a career dedicated to people with medical, physical and intellectual disabilities - work that demands exceptional patience, trust and an understanding that no two people are the same.
Teresa witnessed the strength of the mind-body connection firsthand, including completing dental extractions using hypnosis alone - no medication, no anaesthetic.
Teresa works with clients across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, unwanted habits, addictions and pain management. She is known for taking the time to demystify hypnosis, ensuring every client feels informed, safe, and fully in control from the very first session. Teresa’s approach is always collaborative, compassionate and paced entirely to suit you.
Teresa first qualified in Hypnotherapy over 20 years ago with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from University College London, UK. She is a Professional Member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and is trained and qualified in numerous approaches and styles of hypnosis and hypnotherapy as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching.
