• Zoom (for online sessions) - Zoom uses encryption (AES 256-bit) and supports optional end-to-end encryption for meetings. With your consent the zoom sessions may be recorded, either locally or in the Zoom cloud.

• Square AU PTY to process payments and manage transaction data ( for payments) - payment amount, card details, date, time location and description of goods and services.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
Hayfield Hypnotherapy will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
If you consent to the use of AI for session transcriptions or recordings you have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data including recordings or transcripts of them.
